Kinneret offers One Bedroom and Efficiency apartments. All of our floor plans include plush carpeting, stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal and air conditioning. All utilities are included except telephone and cable.

Kinneret I rent is currently:

Efficiency (approx. 441sf): $392 per month
One Bedroom (approx. 625sf): $532 per month

Rules and regulations of the Department of Housing and Urban Development require income for eligibility to Kinneret to be no more than $32,800 a year for a single person and $37,450 for a couple.

In Kinneret I, applicants must also have a minimum monthly income of 2 ½ times the rent.

Kinneret II is covered by the Section 8 program and rents are based on 30% of adjusted income according to the government regulation.
