The Kinneret Council on Aging (KCOA) is committed to funding life-enhancing quality programs to the residents living in Kinneret I and Kinneret II Apartments. Our residents are low income seniors that have limited resources beyond their ability to pay rent. No other federally or community funded housing facility can boast of the array of services that are available to the residents at Kinneret. It is estimated that every day, Kinneret Council on Aging funds over $240 on resident meals alone.
