Kinneret has a variety of Wellness Activities throughout each month. These include educational classes, health clinics, and therapeutic groups.
Programs to Enable Frail Residents to Stay in Their Apartment
The Congregate Housing Services Program (CHSP) is designed to help the most frail of our residents. Those who have become fragile, recovering from a recent illness or surgery; by offering supportive services such as grocery shopping, light housekeeping and congregate meals.
Hot Meal Program
The Delaney Dining Room offers a delicious 3-course kosher meal in a congregate setting five nights per week for only $5.00. Included is your choice of soup or salad, choice of entrée, fresh vegetable, side dish, beverage and choice of dessert.
Daily Transportation
Kinneret offers weekly bus trips to local grocery stores, markets, shopping, restaurants and more.
Onsite Professional Service Coordinators
Kinneret has a Service Coordinator for each of the two buildings. Service Coordinator’s help assist with connections to any services you are needing. Known as the lynchpin, we connect frail disabled residents and families with community and support services. Service Coordinators empower residents to remain self-sufficient while living at Kinneret as long as possible.
