Applicants to Kinneret Apartments must be age 62 or above. For couples, the Head of Household must meet the age requirement.

HUD sets guidelines for eligibility to Kinneret based on income. Currently, yearly income can not be more than $34,350 for a single person and $39,250 for a couple.
After an application is received, eligibility is determined for Kinneret I or Kinneret II apartments.
